Each goal begins with a clearly set path. After reviewing the processes, our advantages and possibilities for improvement, and with the aim of improving the organisational climate in the NLB Group, we searched for the values and behaviours through which we can live our mission and achieve our vision.
A diverse group of employees, with strong support of the management, found 3 principal values and 5 key behaviours required for implementing each of the three values.
